The agreement took place as part of MHP's optimization of its asset base and focus on strategic geographies. T&T TRADE COMPANY, a significant Ukrainian feed supplier, will be able to develop a promising business line of grain trading.
In the future, the new owner plans to carry out a comprehensive modernization of DKHP and increase capacity of storage and transshipment of grain.
